Danny's "Hot Sauce"
which was originally made by Dan's mother, Elizabeth,
was first cooked in small batches on a stovetop.
Today, the sauce is produced in forty gallon batches, still using the slow cooking method,
the same high quality ingredients, with no preservatives added. The shelf life of a jar
of sauce unopened is over one year. However, after opening, it must be used within two weeks.
